I had a loose screw on one of my frames after about 2 years of wearing them, I brought them in and Gurman tightened the screw and the frames are perfect again. Thank you Gurman.

I certainly appreciate the staff for being supportive and clear in explaining the options, and especially a no-pressure demeanor. Shout out to Gurmar who was really helpful when we picked up my glasses and ensured that the finished products worked for me. The entire team from start to finish was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this branch!

You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
