The gentleman who dealt with us, name Andrew was very helpful and accommodating, he dealt with us professionally and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Andrew at this store.

It was totally worth the $99 fee, I will always go there for now on. Friendly staff, lots of free parking, excellent prices. My experience with them couldn’t have been better.

I would definitely recommend this place for people looking for glasses (especially during their 2 for $199 sales). If you get helped by her, you're in good hands! ☺️ Also got helped by Gurman or Gorman (can't tell if it was a "u" or a "o" 😅). Although he's just the one who gave us the glasses, he was still kind and answered any questions we had. He made sure the glasses fit properly and made sure we were happy with the product.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
