Unfortunately, the staff member named Jermy was not helpful at all with our questions. When I asked for the price of the goggles instead of assisting he questioned whether I was serious about buying them which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.I have been a loyal customer at this location for the past four years, and experiences like this are disappointing and discouraging.
