  10 starz i must say to Diane, she is a jewel of Pearlvision, she is smart, focus and effecient from start to finish, very multi tasker stlill flawless in her work. Keep up the great work Dianne and all staff there. Pearvision did chose the right people like Diane. I was there on nov 15, 2025 at 5pm , thanks much!

  This was my second experience with Pearle Vision, having visited another location a few years ago and been thoroughly impressed. I decided to try the Hartland Town Centre (Mississauga) location this time to see if that same standard of care remained — and I was not disappointed. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Nidhi and Dianne took the time to ask thoughtful questions and guide me through several options that matched the styles I had in mind. Their attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me find the right fit made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. They also offered excellent suggestions on style and practicality, which I greatly appreciated. Dianne was particularly helpful in explaining the pricing, walking me through how my employee benefits applied, and ensuring everything was transparent. There was no pressure, only professionalism. When I realized how reasonable the pricing was, I decided to also purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses, again with her patient assistance. Both Nidhi and Dianne the best in customer service throughout the process. Dianne even helped prepare the benefit documentation for reimbursement, which was greatly appreciated. I left with complete confidence in my purchase and look forward to picking up my new glasses in a couple of weeks. Pearle Vision has certainly earned my continued business — an excellent example of attentive service, quality products, and genuine care for their customers. Ill be back again I am sure, thank you!

  Was able to schedule a time with the optometrist by just walking in! They greeted me warmly and got me set up quickly while I was waiting to be seen by the optometrist. The exam itself was thorough and informative! I’ve never gotten glasses for myself before and Dianne was a great help. She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. She also offered honest feedback and walked me through all of my options before purchasing. confident about my eye health.

It instantly put me at ease and set the tone for a truly outstanding visit. A special thank you to Raman, who was absolutely amazing in helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She took her time, was incredibly patient, and had a real eye for style and what suited me best. With such an impressive selection of frames to choose from, it wasn’t easy to settle on just one—but with Raman’s help, I found a pair I truly love! Prisha made the check-in process seamless and smooth. Her professionalism and kindness added to the overall excellent experience and made everything feel effortless. And I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lana Toameh. She was beyond professional—thorough, knowledgeable, and so caring throughout the entire eye exam. I felt completely confident in her expertise and very well taken care of. She is truly phenomenal.
