I was very dissatisfied with my service. But I do not blame the associates I blame management which if I’m not mistaken her name is Selena. The sales associates weren’t allowed to sit down which made it very uncomfortable for me as a customer and other customers in the store as well. Having a seated face to face conversation is a vital part of connecting with me or others as customers. After I declined the protection plan Selena came over to try further sell it which was also a very uncomfortable experience. Myself and many other of my friends and family that have purchased from there have had the same complaints. This needs to change.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters today. The sales associate was amazing, she took the time to clearly explain all the progressive lens options based on my specific needs and walked me through the pricing in a very transparent and helpful way. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely supported in making the right choice.
I’ve been a LensCrafters client for over 10 years now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. The customer service has always been consistently outstanding, and today’s visit reinforced that once again. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters Square One, thanks to Ka Deen. She was extremely helpful from start to finish — from helping me select the right frame that suited my eyes and face perfectly, to smoothly processing the payment. She also went out of her way to find and apply the best discounts available at the time, which I really appreciated. Ka Deen made the entire purchase journey easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for her if you want to find the best pair with excellent service.

I booked an appointment for eye check exam for 1:00 pm for Tuesday, December 30th. I arrived for my appointment on time and was asked to wait. 2 1/2 hours later still here. I am writing this review as I am still waiting to be seen by a doctor for the last two hours and thirty minutes. The worse experience ever. Never coming back here for an eye check.
It’s 3:32 pm and still waiting in doctor’s office with no doctor for the past 35 minutes. It’s 4:12 and I am finally leaving this place.
Lots of apologies when you speak up, but no accountability. This place lacks communication skills. Communicating clearly would have solved the problem, not apologies when speaking up.
Disappointed!

I had a disappointing experience at LensCrafters due to my sales associate, Fantasia. From the beginning, she appeared rushed and unprofessional. When we were ready to place the order, she did not want to sit down and properly discuss the details. She also lacked basic product knowledge—when I asked about the lens brand and country of origin, she initially said it was a “local brand” and did not know the name. Only after I asked multiple times did she look it up and provide the correct information.
More importantly, she gave incorrect advice on my prescription, recommending 1.67 lenses when my prescription clearly required 1.74 lenses. After waiting two weeks, I received glasses with severe lens distortion that were completely unusable. When I returned to the store, another associate immediately confirmed that 1.74 lenses were required and acknowledged that a major mistake had been made.
I appreciate that the rest of the staff were kind and professional, took responsibility for the error, and arranged to ship the glasses back to be remade with the correct lenses and sent to me. However, this situation could have been avoided if proper care, training, and professionalism had been provided from the start.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
