I had an amazing experience today! It was my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last. Dr. Danny Tai gave me a very clear and detailed explanation of my eye condition. A big shoutout to Inderjit as well—she was incredibly patient in helping me find the perfect lenses, and her kind demeanor made the whole experience even better.

David is a star. He knows how to speak to a customer at a very high level. His communication & convincing skills are unmatched. Great job. He helped me pick glasses. Went straight to what I'm looking for. He even sold me on the reflection protection. Which I'm totally happy about. Appreciate you lenscrafters & David at square one location.

I ordered a frame which was delayed but no notification came to be by phone call nor email until I called in a week after it was supposed to be ready. The woman evening manager (can’t recall name) handled the situation swiftly and professionally and whilst the sales girl did not know how to address the customer service matter, the manager overrode the one year warranty service and forgave the charges. This turned me into a return customer. Customer service and the staff especially in a retail / service business needs to be the differentiators because customers have multiple options. Kudos.
The frames are beautiful regardless. The warranty of $50 is worth to buy for those considering given it covets the lens and exact frames should you break it the entirety can be replaced for the cost of the warranty.

The reception staff was little rude but I ignored it but the doctor I would not recommend. I had my appointment booked between 1:40 and 2:40. Got the comprehensive test so I got the flash in the eyes and stuff done but the person they did those tests told me that y doctor will be delayed as there are 4 patients ahead of me and one patient has some kind of issue with the eye so I asked if there is a delay I can reschedule as I have some other commitments after the appointment the lady rescheduled . I spoke to one of the receptionist when I was leaving and she said okay. 10-25 minutes later I get a call from the other receptionist telling me that doctor was very upset that I left and I told her I rescheduled my appointment. She said but the doctor was expecting you here and we would need to reschedule your appointment with another doctor as this doctor was not happy and would not see you. I told them to cancel my appointment all together as this doctor needs to be reasonable as I rescheduled based on a delay on the doctor’s side I did not just walk out. A weird experience with a doctor that is overly sensitive. Not going to go back there
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
