  I hired Home Instead for post-surgery support in Mississauga and had an excellent experience! From the first phone call with Paul, to my conversations with Belinda to organize care, to the very kind and professional support I received from Nancy, Shweta, and Kelly after my surgery — they truly went above and beyond with communication and care. My surgeon’s clinic was also very impressed. Great humans who clearly have strong support and training from Home Instead. I highly recommend their services!

  On behalf of my entire family, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the team at Home Instead, with special recognition to two extraordinary individuals. Ayeasha, our service coordinator, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is not only incredibly kind and compassionate, but also highly organized and efficient. Her support has helped keep our family informed, on schedule, and reassured during what can often be a challenging and emotional time. We are also deeply grateful for our wonderful CAREGiver, Johanna. She has truly become part of our family. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care for our dad have been a true blessing. Knowing he is in such capable and compassionate hands brings us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you for the exceptional care, professionalism, and humanity you bring to your work. It has made a meaningful difference in our lives, and we are sincerely thankful.

  We were very happy and impressed with the service we got from Home Instead. They were very responsive to our concerns and always addressed whatever we needed with much flexibility. We truly were able to get a response 24 hours a day, and most of the time email communication was all that was needed. We always felt they had our backs. Both PSWs they sent us were very competent, caring, and our loved one took to both very easily. They were easy to work with and satisfied all our needs. One thing I wish I had done is clarify our needs in more detail. There was a bit of a discrepancy between what we thought training in a specific subject was and what training the PSWs actually had.

  If you are looking for care for a loved one please call Home Instead. My Mom was a client for 10 yrs. The care and compassion she received gave me great comfort. Home instead was always there with support many Times going beyond their regular duties My Mom had 3 amazing caregivers who were Each with her for over 3 yrs. They were part of our family and they looked after my Mom Like she was their family Amazing health care company Donna
