  I would like to thank Home Instead and in particular the care giver Miriam for the help they have provide my mother over the past two years. From the office staff to the in home care, they have always been very reliable, professional and caring. I would highly recommend them.

  After a severe medical episode, a family member was sent home from the hospital with only a few days notice. Feeling overwhelmed as they were totally bed bound, Home Instead services were given to our family. What a blessing that was and they offered a positive and supportive experience. The staff was patient, compassionate and understanding to our circumstances. The office was on top of things if an employee was held up or if we needed to change hours and kept that line of communication open without delay. It was also important that we were compatible with the personal support workers that were assigned with us and they followed up with that also. Over the four months of care, we became close to many of the workers. A special mention to Jaskiranpreet (Kiran) Kaur, Mahima Saini, Julie and Pinky. Kiran and Mahima were here for the majority of the hours and assisted above and beyond with our family and to this we are extremely grateful. Their attitudes were always happy and playful, bringing a much more joyful atmosphere to a stressful situation and they had become part of our family. We wanted to thank Home Instead and highly recommend their services.
