There are only three chairs available, which makes waiting especially for an optometrist appointment uncomfortable when the store is even moderately busy. It also feels a bit awkward to stand around in such a polished space with nowhere to sit. Additionally, there’s no place to hang a coat. In a climate where jackets are a daily reality for much of the year, this small detail makes a noticeable difference in comfort and convenience. Overall, the store is visually appealing, but the design choices prioritize appearance over customer experience. A few thoughtful adjustments more seating, a coat rack, and a bit more functional space would go a long way in making visits more comfortable.
