Because this was not disclosed, I ended up paying out of pocket when I could have waited. The doctor was good, but I would not recommend this clinic due to the lack of transparency.

Wenna is so compassionate and her more than 10 years experience on the job shows her expertise on the field . Dr. d. Thai is a very well mannered doctor as well and takes his time to explain the eye test result. Very happy to choose this eye clinic.

The front desk staff were excellent right from the time I called them on the phone until when I arrived at the opticians office(Located inside LensCrafters at square one mall).The two Ladies at the front desk as well as Rachel at pretest lab and Inder at the eyewear store had very excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and happy to attend to customers and they always took their time to answer every question I had either about the eye exam or about eyewear that planned to pickup.The LensCrafters store and doctors office are in the same space.and have an excellent selection of eyewear.I’ll definitely continue to be a customer here for my optical needs.Thank you everyone..
