But one of them was imbalanced, I did not find it when they gave it to me, I was lazy to go back, but recently I wear it more and find it very uncomfortable, so I went back to the clinic on January 8, 2026 at around 4:00pm, an Indian girl who sat at the second desk, her name is Amal(? not sure), was very hostile and unkind by saying, we will fix it, but if anything happens, you will be responsible for that. This is ridiculous, I purchased it at your store, it was not balanced, it is your responsibility to do your work properly, why I have to be responsible for anything happening during your correction of your work? I was very disappointed at her, but she just went away, when I talked to the technician and said I wanted to talk to the manager, he said the manager is in a meeting, this is totally a lie. Other girls at the front desk just were busy at chatting. I have a plan to see the eye doctor for another pair of glasses, now I want to cancel it and never go back again.
