Matthew was extremely helpful in acquiring the lift quickly. It was installed and ready to use with no further delays. The whole staff is to be commended on their helpfulness with this wonderful product. I would definitely recommend 101 Mobility to anyone with an accessibility issue.

John was extremely helpful and answered all our questions honestly. John gave us a very affordable product which he recommended for our situation. Roger did an excellent job on the construction of the elevator shaft which was perfect as the alignment was spot on. Alexander the technician was very knowledgeable and installed the components properly and in a timely fashion. John kept in touch and visited our home several times throughout the process which showed concern. I would recommend 101 Mobility for any of your projects. The administration individuals were kind and courteous and followed up promptly with any questions. Overall, we are extremely happy with our dealings with 101 Mobility. Thank you, John, for making our elevator experience a pleasure.

During this time, we worked closely with John, Dyan and their team. They were professional, courteous, caring and responded quickly to questions and issues. We did experience a couple of issues with the stairlifts during the install, but John and Dyan responded immediately (pulling out all of the stops) and had everything completely resolved in less than a day. Very impressive! We would highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone needing help with their mobility needs.
