  I had an appointment with Paul at hometown hearing, Haliburton. Even before I saw Paul, as I was a few minutes early, Ann, the receptionist (that is so much more than that ) greeted me, took my hearing aids, and fixed a jammed wax filter and cleaned them for me while I was waiting. Paul was working, days after a horrible bike accident had left him with such severe back pain that he couldn’t stand straight and was visibly pale and shaking. And yet he was there, and was actually moving a chair out so I could sit in his office with my walker, as I myself was recovering from back surgery. So trust me, I know what kind of pain he was in. Paul took the time to listen to my concerns, and then adjusted my hearing aids and made sure I felt they were exactly set right. This office, and these people, are so friendly and accommodating. I am going back. They have my business from here on out. I trust them with my hearing needs. You should, as well.
