Great selection and friendly staff. Gave lots of time to look and try and frames, when I was ready to buy, went over all the options I could add, what would be best for me and the price. They didn't just try and go for the most expensive options, but what would be best for me, my needs and budget

Great experience getting my glasses here. The service was friendly and efficient, the prices were very reasonable, and Miriam helped me feel really confident about my choices. Also got a great book reco out of the exchange. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I came in mid-December for an eye exam and ordered new glasses. After waiting about two weeks, I received them in January, only to find that my vision was blurry and not sharp at all. When I returned, instead of properly reassessing the issue, I was told my “eyes just need time to adjust” and to try them for another two weeks. After wasting more time and coming back again, the doctor re-examined me and suddenly my prescription was significantly different from what it was just weeks earlier. Apparently my eyes changed dramatically in a few weeks? That alone seriously undermined my confidence in the original exam and the competence of doctors at this facility. Despite the inconvenience and multiple visits, I ordered another pair, this time paying an additional $350 for progressive lenses. When I asked about a refund in case I couldn’t adjust, I was told there would be no refund because the two-month window from the original exam would have passed. Convenient. To make matters worse, when I went in to request my second pair of glasses to be made, I was flat-out told they wouldn’t even start the process unless I returned the old glasses first. Fine. Annoying, but fine. So I asked if they could at least take my measurements in the meantime so things could move faster once I brought the glasses back. But no, the lady didn’t even bother. She dismissed the request instantly, repeating the same scripted line: “We cannot proceed without the old pair.” It wasn’t just unhelpful, it was lazy and completely lacking in any customer service effort whatsoever. No willingness to accommodate, no initiative, not even the bare minimum attempt to make the situation easier. Every visit introduced a new obstacle instead of a resolution. What should have been a simple correction turned into weeks of wasted time, money, and goodwill. No accountability. No flexibility. No apology. Just a shrug and excessive rude behaviour all along the process I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
