  Great place for prescription glasses, they always have great deal on two pairs of glasses. I always come to this place for my son’s prescription glasses. Great staff. Highly recommend

  I broke one leg of the glasses, took it to the store and they fixed it right away with no charge. The lady named Mary was very helpful and very nice. I was very impressed with the repair done by the eye wear technician.

  Mary is so awesome! She is amazingly patient, caring and professional. She did not rush me. She helped me try on so many styles of glasses until I was comfortable and happy with what I found. I am very happy with the results of my glasses and the quality of care I was giving. Dr. Krishsayi Mathanaruban did a fantastic job helping me with my prescription. She's the first doctor that has ever showed me the pictures taken of my eyes and explained to me what she sees. I'm very grateful to know my eyes are healthy I just need prescription. Thank you everyone here for your professionalism and patience and care.

  I had a great experience at the store and wanted to give a special shoutout to Mary and Gorden. They were both amazing—very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find the right pair of sunglasses without any pressure and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Their customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers. I really appreciate their help and would definitely come back again because of the service they provided. Thank you, Mary and Gorden!

  When I started looking around for new glasses back in December of last year, I took my time checking a lot of eyewear companies trying to find smaller frames that are closer to the size of my eyes. I also looked to see what the companies charge me for an eye exam. The charges ranged between $80 to $130, Specsavers charges $99, so they are not the most expensive but not the lowest. I looked and looked but didn’t find the small frames I was looking for. Then I decided to go back to Specsavers to look one more time and found the small frames that I wanted. Also, when I checked other stores they were quite expensive and didn’t seem as friendly. I am actually an existing Specsavers client, having previously bought glasses and sunglasses there. After finding the frames I wanted I decided to get an eye exam with them too. They gave me a good deal on 2 pairs of glasses including the lens. If I had gone to LensCrafters I would’ve had to pay $130 for an eye exam and for the price I paid at Specsavers. I would have only been able to buy 1 pair of glasses at LensCrafters. Also, Specsavers told me it would be about 2 weeks to get my glasses, but it only took 10 days just like it did the last time I bought glasses there. Finally, I am glad I did not go to LensCrafters because when I read their reviews, the most common complaint was the fact that the glasses always took much longer than the promised time to arrive and when clients had a problem with their glasses, LensCrafters told the clients they were on their own. Yes , I would recommend this location of Specsavers at the Markville Mall.
