My sister glasses she got at LensCrafters a while ago, the screw came loose and she decided to go to the store to see if they can repair it, on Mar 19, we went to the store, as soon as we entered the store, Luis approached us and was super helpful. Not only is he helpful, kind and friendly, he was incredibly knowledgeable. He knows his products. He brought back the glasses fix, clean it up and make sure my sister was comfortable with it before we left. Kudos to LensCrafters for hiring an employee like Luis, all should be like him. Keep up the good work Luis!!
