I had a great experience at Lenscrafters in Markville; the associate who helped me and my son (4yo), Ayda (I think I may have spelled her name wrong), was very patient and spoke to my son directly, giving him suggestions and letting him lead the way. We didn't end up buying that day, but I am definitely going back for my own glasses and will be look for that same associate!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Jay! He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and helped me choose the right glasses! Even the after sales service has been excellent. I noticed their prices are very reasonable compared to other stores, and they also offer great seasonal promotions. Highly recommend LensCrafters, and a big thank you to Jay for his outstanding service!

I had a great experience during my recent visit to LensCrafters. The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and she took the time to really understand my prescription and what I was looking for in both frames and lenses. She explained the different lens options clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and helped me choose frames that were comfortable and suited my face well. I never felt pressured — just genuinely supported in making the right decision. Customer service like this makes a big difference. I left feeling confident and happy with my choices, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I received. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
