As I have had to get different care where we moved to and things have been challenging at best, I do want to leave a review. It is important that I leave a good review, in fact let's make it great! The service received not only from your administrative staff but your care staff (PSW) was exemplary. My Mother and I were both so very pleased with the service! We continue to be grateful for the wonderful experience we had with your company. The PSW was well trained, had good manners and knew what she was doing. Their patience and diligence in helping us find the right match led us to Leanne, or perhaps she found us , and she has quickly become part of our family. Her warmth, her care with our parents, and her attention to detail, from environmental safety, thoughtful menu planning to preparing and serving dinner like a fine dining experience, and her zest for life have made her indispensable. We’re also grateful for the wonderful part-time support from Geraldine, who talks horses with Dad and plays cards with Mom, bringing real joy into their days. This stage of life is challenging, but with the support of Home Instead’s caregivers and the attentive office team, Maddy and Jake, and dependable nurse Leanne, we’ve been able to turn it into something unexpectedly meaningful.
