- GLGeraldine LimSep 30, 20255.0I’ve been searching for a place to get some cardio in with hype music and most of all flexibility to fit in my busy schedule. Initially I was eyeing CycleBar for some time but intimidated at the thought of not being able to keep up. Finally had the courage to try this on my own and my oh my I got all of the above and so much more. The staff and Vasso is extremely friendly and accommodating and btw pretty transparent on the contract so no issues there. As for class scheduling, they offer free cancellation 12 hours before the scheduled class. What I appreciate most are the instructors bringing in the high energy to each and every class motivating you to push harder. Rosemarie is by far the most inspirational for me, if you are deciding to try Cyclebar for the first time, I highly recommend to start with her class. I’m five months in and feel invigorated with strength and a sense of mental calmness. I regret not joining sooner and highly recommend to those curious on what CycleBar is about.

I had seen videos online where everyone looked so strong and in sync with the choreo - I felt intimidated. I am now over 40 rides in and trying to do 2-3 classes a week. I feel stronger with every ride. Some people ask me why I don't just get a bike at home. It's not the same. When you join Cyclebar Markham, you're joining a community. The instructors are all different but all wonderful. They motivate, inspire and hold you accountable, and they make it so damn fun.
