  Been going here for 2 weeks now. I absolutely LOVE Alysia and Rosemaries classes. Super fun. Haven't tried other instructors yet but I'm sure they are also amazing as well. Would love to see more afternoon classes during the week

  CycleBar Markham genuinely changed my life in ways that are honestly hard to explain. I became a mom a few years ago and my energy was gone. I felt like I had every excuse to take it easy, I was always tired, after all. But for my mental health, my physical strength, and most importantly my daughter’s future, I knew I had to start taking better care of myself. After years of not enjoying pretty much any workout, I decided to try spinning on a random Sunday. By the very next day, I was signing up for the unlimited rides because I instantly felt like I had found my place. I didn’t know anyone, had no clue what I was doing, and thought a 45-minute class was intense, but also fun. What I really needed was a workout (and a space) that made me actually want to come back, something I’d been searching for forever. And now, almost 7 months later, in the middle of the coldest winter, I can honestly say I wake up early on freezing Sunday mornings because I love how I feel after class. The entire staff is incredibly kind. They know your name, are genuinely happy to see you, cheer on your progress, and celebrate your milestones with you. That matters, because you’re not celebrating your wins alone. It’s pretty amazing to look at yourself doing things you never imagined you’d be capable of not that long ago. Thanks so much for the entire CycleBar community, you rock!

  I love this place. As someone who has never loved cardio, I was searching for a workout space where I could feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely motivated. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try one of Iris’s classes last year—and I’ve been coming back ever since. CycleBar Markham is truly a safe and welcoming space where you can get an incredible workout no matter your fitness level. From day one, I felt encouraged and supported rather than intimidated. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the instructors—every single one is passionate, uplifting, and supportive. Huge shout-out to Vasso, Laura, Josh, and Vivian for their infectious energy and amazing classes. Over the past six months, I’ve mainly attended classes with Sarah, Alysia, Rosemarie, and Iris, and I can confidently say each of these women are inspiring badasses who constantly push me to challenge myself, and keep coming back. Their classes, (and playlists), are genuinely a highlight of my week. If you’re on the fence or nervous to try something new—this is your sign. 💛🚲
