Dr. Mavani was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my vision concerns during my exam. Jenna was stellar in assisting me with ordering my glasses and went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. From my initial exam, to choosing my glasses and pick up, the process was seamless. I highly recommend this Specsavers location!

She was so sweet and took her time explaining the different types of lenses so we could fully understand our options. She made sure I felt completely comfortable with my choice and never once rushed me. She also helped me decide which frame looked best and gave such honest, helpful advice. You can truly tell she cares about her customers. Fatima was incredibly kind and so helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
