We and I mean a family of 5, 4 of which wear glasses have been loyal customers of Lens Crafters for over 30 years. While prices are higher than some of those other eyewear places don’t walk out just over the sticker price because it can’t be beat for quality and service. I tried that once (2 for 1 deal place) and boy that was a mistake, never again. The selection of quality frames is great! There is a price range that can cover most people’s budgets and they do offer deals during the year so keep your “eye” out for those. Lens Crafters is solid 4/5 for me and my family.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Leah. She helped correct and replace my lenses, and she was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure everything was done properly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure my eyewear felt comfortable before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. Thank you again, Leah , I truly appreciate your help!

Excellent and quick exam. Answered all of my questions . The store clerks helped me find and measured my new glasses in no time even though the store was very busy. I was in and out in surprisingly short amount of time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

This is the second time I have had to use my protection plan to have my glasses and my sons glasses repaired and both times they have been helpful, quick and efficient with the process making it painless. I’m glad I bought my kids and my glasses here. I will keep coming back and referring friends and family to this place!

I had a great experience at least crafters. I can't remember the lady's name who helped me but she was fantastic with great energy and awesome attitude and was funny. She went out of her way to try and help me find glasses and style that I wanted as I'm picky....she explained why I would need certain lenses and how it would help my eyes....all in all amazing service highly recommend lens crafters I'll be back again next year for another 2 pairs :)

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
