The service was OK,but the lenses are pretty much simply junk!.NEVER again will I buy from this place. I 've been wearing glasses for over 30 years& never ever had such a horrible experience. So hard to keep them clean, even though , I use a proper lens cleaner& the cloth given in the store. And it doesnt matter ,if I just cleaned them ,or hrs later, it feels like Im looking through a piece that was cut out of a plastic jar. Obviously , the quality is as cheap , as the come.NOT ACCEPTABLE to sell such a garbage.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Imsoon. I came into the store focused on finding a new pair of prescription glasses, and right away she picked up on the specific style I was looking for. She gave me the space to browse freely while offering just the right amount of support and guidance when needed. What stood out even more was how welcoming and thoughtful she was, not just with me, but also with my son, helping keep him engaged so I could focus. Imsoon was never pushy, but her deep knowledge and professionalism really showed. She navigated the system with ease to help me maximize my benefits and ensure a perfect fit for my glasses. In my 20 years of wearing glasses, this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you, Imsoon!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
