AMAZING I will not go to any other location, the owner of this one is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. The ladies that helped me with my glasses have so much patience, they are the best! It's very hard for me to see without my prescription on. I picked out the ones I liked the looks of and they helped me pick which ones was the best for my face. They are perfect! I told people to only go to this location and told them why. I only had so much money to work with and I really wanted the deal where you can get 2 pairs for a certain price. Well I am really blind, so the leases cost the most the one lady figure it all out and showed me what area I could pick out of to stay in the range and then also which ones would be a little but outta pocket. I have gotten my glasses from them 3 different times over 3 years range same people that helped, I will not go any where else. I wish I could remember thier names, I sure can point them out. Thank you very much, I get complements all the time about my glasses. Thank you

- GCGraham CharnockDec 21, 20255.0I saw an ad for Specsavers repeatedly on Facebook so I thought I'd give them a try. The staff, including the Optometrist (sp) were all amazing. They are an enthusiastic group of people that made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. No high pressure to purchase but there to answer any questions I might have had. Well I ordered the two pair special and when I got them the prescription was off enough to have me return to see what was wrong. I had been to an outside Optometrist and found that the prescription was wrong. I booked another test at my own expense and what a difference in my vision! Specsavers replaced the original lenses for free. A month later I was working on a kitchen reno and stepped on my glasses and broke them. I went back to Specsavers and they repaired them free of charge. I will/would strongly recommend Specsavers to anyone that wants great, inexpensive glasses as long as you can wait about a week or two as they come from out West. Waiting was not an issue for me when I compare what my wife paid at a competitor to get her glasses quicker.

The ease of booking my appointment for my daughter and myself was really simple. I booked last minute so we had a 10am appointment and a 10:50am appointment. Fortunately I’m always early and they took us in right at 9:35am to see the Optician and he was great, personable and professional. I waited maybe a couple minutes for Dr. Michael Luu. The exam was quick, but thorough, polite and ensured all questions were answered and any concerns I had he addressed. Shortly after me, my daughter went in to see Dr.Luu and after that was complete he told my daughter if I had any questions I could go in and ask, so I just asked if everything was ok and it was. The sales staff was great and really fun, I paid and I was out by 10:12am. Super happy about how efficient the staff were and how well they ran things. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
