I went with my mother to help her pick new glasses and Mohammed helped us extremely patiently for at least an hour probably more (good thing it wasn’t too busy!) finding the perfect frames in size colour and shape. He knew his sizing and flattering shapes extremely well and was very informative to us as well about what parts of frames dictate the fit and aesthetic match with a persons face which I personally really appreciated learning. And when I asked him about my beloved old frames that fall down my nose and why they might do that, he let me know what part of the frames were ill fitting and adjusted them for me free of charge (me knowing they can’t accept liability for the frames).
