However, I had a disappointing experience with one staff member of Chinese background (I did not notice his name, and there were no other Chinese staff present at the time). When I explained that the glass frame was too small for my face and asked if it could be made bigger, he responded in a rude and inappropriate manner, saying that he cannot make my face bigger, only the glasses. This comment was unnecessary and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces respectful communication, as customer service is very important.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.

If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
