  I arrived about five minutes late today due to an unexpected incident on the road. It was one of those situations where everyone is affected, so I assumed a basic level of understanding would be applied. Jeaden, however, demonstrated a truly exceptional commitment to inflexibility. Her refusal to let me in—delivered with the warmth of an automated security gate—was genuinely enlightening. It’s rare to see someone adhere to rules with such fierce devotion while simultaneously disregarding the people those rules are supposedly meant to serve. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that during classes, Jeaden provides virtually no instruction at all. No corrections, no feedback, not even the faintest sign of engagement. It’s almost poetic—being taught Pilates by someone who seems philosophically opposed to the idea of actual teaching. You’re essentially on your own, which might be ideal if you enjoy deciphering movements through sheer intuition. The reformer is placed directly at the entrance, and my quiet entry would not have disrupted anyone, but Jeaden treated the situation with the seriousness of a high-security protocol. Her demeanor could easily make you question whether you stumbled into a fitness studio or an exclusive facility where human warmth is strictly prohibited. If you’re seeking a place where customer care is optional, guidance is nonexistent, and the attitude is kept consistently sub-zero, then this studio might be exactly what you’ve been searching for.

  I absolutely love the Pilates classes I attend in LaSalle. Every session is the perfect balance of challenging and energizing, and I leave feeling stronger, aligned, and completely refreshed. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, offering personalized guidance that helps me refine my form and get the most out of every movement. They care about you as a person as well as your limitations. Just showing up is a win!! The manager of this location, Karen, ensures the atmosphere is warm, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting—whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you feel supported every step of the way. I’ve noticed such a positive difference in my core strength, posture, and overall well-being since joining. This class has become one of the highlights of my week. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

  I attended a special class today at Club Pilates LaSalle in support of Kids Curing Cancer, and I instantly fell in love with everything about it. The style, the pace, and the level of challenge were exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Sarah, the instructor, was incredible—so patient, encouraging, and helpful as I learned to move my body in a whole new way. She made the entire experience feel welcoming and empowering. I love that this studio not only helps us feel stronger and healthier, but also gives back to the community in such meaningful ways. I’ll definitely be back!

  I received a call today , but unfortunately, the agent I spoke with was very rude and pushy. When I tried to ask a few questions before giving my credit card information, he ignored my concerns and instead blamed me for not answering previous calls. He also refused to provide his name or connect me with another representative. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope you can look into this matter.
