  I've been a member of Club Pilates (LaSalle is my "home" studio) since April 2024 and it is the best membership I have ever committed to! Between the regular attendees and the instructors, it is a joy to attend classes. The classes are challenging enough to make a difference, but yet not so difficult that you are in pain or uncomfortable after a session. The Pilates workout at Club Pilates is a low-impact, big result form of exercise. The exercises on the reformer can be as easy or difficult as one needs, simply by adjusting the springs on the machine. I highly recommend Club Pilates. If you're debating, give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

  Club Pilâtes Lasalle is a great studio. There are plenty of classes and a variety to choose from. The instructors and staff are friendly and welcoming.

  I absolutely love going to Club Pilates LaSalle! The variety of exercises keeps every class engaging and challenging, and I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. The instructors are incredible—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping everyone. What really sets this studio apart is the welcoming and kind atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and encouraged. It’s such a positive space, and I always look forward to my next class!

  I have been a member at Club Pilates in Lasalle for almost a year. Since the day I joined it has been a wonderful experience not only for my physical self but also my mental well-being. I feel better and look better! The entire staff is fantastic. Each instructor has their own unique style and phrases everyone can appreciate. Chrissy's "last one best one" and Hillary's ""let's play Pilates" always make me smile and puts me in a better mood. The front desk staff are amazing and always so quick to offer assistance and a friendly smile. The countless number of times Katie, Karen and Hailey and have helped me out...I am indebted to your kindness. Thanks Club Pilates for being a place of strength, happiness and fun ❤️
