    Coming from a heavily yoga-informed time of my life, I never would have even imagined that I would be lifting weights in a gym. Now, after a year training with Matt, my body is more toned, I can run 8K, my mind is more resilient to mental challenges that would have previously been too much for me. Matt's incredible knowledge of the mechanics of the human body, the power of motivation, his strategic teaching skills and his quick and infectious smile have helped me learn the benefits of explosive power training as a complement to the passive stretching of my yoga practice. His training isn't limited to the physical conditioning because he wisely integrates nutrition, sleep habits and emotionally grounding habits like gratitude. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who wants to challenge themselves physically, mentally and emotionally!

    I’ve been training with Matt for roughly 2 years, I am very proud of my new body - and that feels great. He is extremely knowledgeable and constantly trying to learn more and more to help his clients continue to improve. Matt keeps the workouts interesting and always finds a way to push me just a bit further. He is supportive and understanding, never judgemental. Matt has shown me that I’m able to accomplish much more than I thought I could. He’s given me the tools to take control of my fitness and health. Seeing and feeling the results of my hard work has improved my work and personal life immensely. Outside of training sessions, Matt, is happy to answer any additional questions or concerns. Diet, supplements, stretching or anything else related to your body and your health, he can help If you’re new to training and ready to take charge of your body or looking to push yourself even further then I strongly recommend Titan Training with Matt.

    I first met Matt about 4 years ago when we worked together in the restaurant industry. Now, he has his own brand and company that is continuously progressing and becoming better and better. He is a great friend as well as a personal trainer whom I've been lucky to train with over the past year. I've moved weights I never thought I could and done movements I've only wished of being able to do. He is one of the most knowledgeable human beings I know and his work ethic is extremely admirable. He continuously pushes his clients past their limits and helps them reach their goals even when they themselves don't believe they can. Check him out as well as the Wreckroom gym located in Kitchener!
