Stopped in with my sunglasses that my husband purchased online. A kind gentleman directed us to Katherine who was a huge help in getting my sunglasses that was too big to fit without falling off my face. When she was finished they fit great. Very great customer service.

Terrible, poor experience at Lenscrafters today. Have been getting our family glasses at the Fairview Park Mall store for years but will not be returning anymore. The customer service was terrible. We dealt with Aman and unfortunately he did not seemed to be properly trained for the job. He seems to be a new employee but would not ask for help and made the experience terrible. He was rushing everything and making mistakes . Also did not seem to know much about dealing with insurance companies. Jody who has helped in the past was not at her best either. Was short with us. The issue here is they have so many customers that they dont care about the service they provide. Extremely disappointed. It should not be this way. Go somewhere else.

Just came in to renew a set of prescription glasses and dealt with Jasmina. Phenomenal client care start to finish. Even helped me work out a renewal for my wife without even having her with me. They were short staffed and very busy but juggled all the clients professionally and courteously...
Fantastic ! Thank You so much.

Once dropped by this store at Fairview mall last year and asked for help with cleaning my glasses. A lady mentioned that a donation is mandatory with help on cleaning glasses - with a not very nice attitude. I made a donation and left. I thought this store was very special - with the way you treated with potential customers. I am planning to get a new pair of glasses recently and dropped by LensCrafters at Conestoga mall again and asked if you guys have this policy. Aleena (if I’m not mistaken with the lady’s name) was very nice - great services thank you. I was told that there is no policy like this, and never did. I wonder how you guys treat with potential customers back then. Do you guys use this methodology to get rid of potential customers so there is less work to do? That’s interesting.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
