In search of finding the right reading glasses and sunglasses I went to LenCrafters at Fairview Mall, Kitchener. Service was prompt which impressed me. I was immediately told of the sales promotions that was happening which I thought was very important as I was able to work this into my budget. My Salesperson Vidhi was very thorough in suggesting a few different styles and colour of glasses for me to try on. She pointed out which ones fitted best and worked for my face shape and skin tone and which did not. I was very very grateful for this as it made selecting the right pairs for me much easier. I was not rushed into selecting the choices we came up with. I was given time to look around and see if there was any other options I preferred and compare them with the ones I was thinking of getting. I appreciated this.
There were lots of options to choose from which mattered. I was very pleased with the service I received at this LenCrafters and I 100% recommend this store if you are looking for the right pair of reading and sun glasses. Thank you Vidhi for all your help. I sure appreciated it.

Worst experience with Sofia.
She had 0 knowledge about the sale and service.
Very disappointed after spending 2 hours today and last Sunday.
Bought more than 4 pairs.
And in the end she is telling us for one frame that the lens she put before is not going to fit and now the other lens will charge us $400 dollar more which is bullshit.
And the bill she already process first with our insurance and now to void that will put us in a spot where we are running out of our money for more then a month to get it back from the insurance company.
Never going to came back in this store.
Customer of lens-craft from last 3 years.

UPDATE: When I got home, my husband was reviewing reciepts and noticed there was an additional charge of $39.99 for some eye care package. I never agreed to add this. Sunny while calculating my glasses said he is adding this for me and went to explain for $50 they will replace my glasses if anything happens. However, he never mentioned the price and at the time, I thought it was a free benefit.
I did not want this if I have to pay.
Wish he was more transparent about the cost.
Was immediately greeted by Sunny and he was really friendly and helpful!
Made me feel welcome and even apologized for any delays (aas unusually busy when I arrived)!
He made great recommendations and I really appreciated that he did not put pressure to buy extras or upgrade !! He simply mentioned it and when I declined, no pushback (wish all places handled like this). He was really professional.
He even prepared all my reciepts and everything so by the time I was finished with the optical expert, I didn't even have to get up to pay. He brought everything to me!
Amazing service, 5 stars for Sunny!
Also Jody the optical expert super knowledgeable and explained everything!!
A great place!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
