  We only come here when we need glasses. Ben is really professional and knows exactly how to adjust your glasses to make them fit perfectly. He was able to adjust my progressive lens glasses in a minute to allow me to see so much better. Awesome.

  I had an incredible experience at my eye glass appointment! The team made everything so easy they helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses and handled all the billing seamlessly. A special shoutout to Jen, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find what suited me best. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for great service and a stress-free experience!

  After shopping at the highland road RCSS I noticed Spec Savers as I was walking to my car. Glasses were attractively displayed so I stopped to look at them. I was greeted by the store manager, Ben Rutten who encouraged me to look around and to let him know if I had questions or needed help. I appreciated that he was not pushy. After a while I found some frames I liked and Ben priced them. I agreed to return the next day with my prescription and did so to complete the purchase. Ben fitted the frames, entered my prescription in the system and ordered my glasses. We completed the sale at a price much lower than other eye glass vendors and I shall return to pickup my glasses when they are available. All in all it has Ben a stressless and enjoyable experience.

  I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Taj Khan and Ben Rutten from Specsavers. I came in yesterday when my glasses broke, and they were right there to save the day. They tried their best, worked with me over the phone, in person, and especially today. Ben put in his best effort fixing my glasses, he was patient, and so kind when I gave him an impossible situation. He even managed to fix them for me. Taj was amazing, he listened to everything I had to say, helped me pick out new glasses, and assisted in the entire process. He was working with me to get my glasses ordered, prescription faxed, and help design my new look. Thank you for being the world’s best lifesavers, I mean specsavers!!

  My experience was amazing my optician Taj Knan was the best 👌 ever, he help me choosing my 2 new frame, he was very patient I was there for 1 hour at least he was very professional and friendly, he answer all my questions and gave some advice also, he provide 5 stars service, I was very impressed for all the knowledge he had, I strongly recommend Taj Knan, and they have lots nice frame also to choose and the price was great. Thank you for the great service.
