This store out of all stores I went to that day rating 0….. this store above 5 star. Other stores have a lot of work to do when caring about customers with an appointment or not. That goes for all other stores that are not own with spec savers . Make time for everyone. Care it’s just not money it’s your reputation. If u dont care about that then people will walk away just like I did and not go back.. care make time !!! Please visit this store they will fine time to get u in . I had my appointment with Dr. Pratt and I reached the place 15-20 mins before my appointment time. I was asked to wait and then the person said doctor CANNOT see me coz I was late. I had to be there atleast an hour before. I never got any reminder nor a voicemail informing the same. I had got a text message saying reach atleast 10-15 mins before. They said and I quote 'it is what it is'. Their body language and attitude when I asked for the doctor or complaint mechanism was: 'Do whatever you want, we don't care. We got our money'. There is no central authority for addressing grievance. We can only email the respective store. Imagine complaining the store about the store itself..what a joke. If you are a working person, please do NOT waste your hard earned money at this store or franchise. Even if its insurance, its still our money.
