  We came into Specsavers on a crazy busy weekend and honestly the store was packed with only a few staff working, but Jaz was unreal. We’d been struggling forever to find frames, but he took one look and picked out a few stylish options that suited us perfectly. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares. We’ll definitely be back and asking for Jaz again.

  The staff at this location is very professional. The optometrist was very thorough and very helpful in understanding on what she was looking for. Didn't want me trying to focus, but wanted to know what I was able to see so it gives her a more accurate exam. My whole experience was satisfying. I will be returning to this location in my future exams. I'm 100%satisfied with the care I received. Most thorough eye exam I've ever had.

  My rating is below 1-star, but unfortunately there is no option. Two weeks ago, we visited the Specsavers Fairway Park Mall location to seek assistance with a lens that had fallen out and was lost due to a loosened frame. Both the frame and lenses were originally purchased from this outlet, so we approached them expecting support. We were informed that in order to process any warranty claim/ replace lenses free of charge, we needed to provide the missing lens (even if it was cracked or scratched). This was disappointing, as the lens had fallen out due to an issue with the frame itself. We then inquired whether we could simply pay to have a replacement lens fitted. However, we were told this was not possible because they no longer carried that particular frame model. Instead, we were encouraged to purchase a completely new pair of glasses and were informed about their current promotional offers. (I believe that they wanted to use us to increase sales. 😂 and lied us that they can’t replace lenses even after we pay!) Unsatisfied with this response, we explored other optical stores within the mall. None of them refused, and confirmed they could replace the missing lens in the same frame. Subsequently, we visited the Specsavers Conestoga Mall location. (Coz someone asked us to go because of their excellent customer service.) While they also explained that a warranty replacement would require the missing lens or its pieces, they were willing to replace both lenses at our expense in the same frame. Additionally, they provided complimentary blue light coating and charged only for the lenses. The service we received there was professional, accommodating, and genuinely customer-focused. Overall, we are very disappointed with the level of service at the Fairway Park Mall outlet. At the very least, we believe they could have offered a paid lens replacement instead of directing us toward purchasing a new pair. Based on this experience, we would not recommend that location and will continue to visit the Conestoga Mall outlet for future needs.

  I took my elderly mother to this location for an eye exam and to get some new glasses. Dr. Kelly Anderson was excellent with her and took into consideration her dementia and was very kind and understanding. The cost of the two pairs of glasses was just over $100.00. Great service from both the techs, Leena and Barb at this location.

  Got me in with out appointment with 1/2 hour . This store cares. Every other even owned by this owner sucks no smile attitude sucks. This store out of all stores I went to that day rating 0….. this store above 5 star. Other stores have a lot of work to do when caring about customers with an appointment or not. That goes for all other stores that are not own with spec savers . Make time for everyone. Care it’s just not money it’s your reputation. If u dont care about that then people will walk away just like I did and not go back.. care make time !!! Please visit this store they will fine time to get u in . Help u not send u away just cause they can. There to help make u happy that’s what matters.
