- NDNandan D4 days ago1.0This place is a sham! I would give less than 1 stars if possible. No courtesy, no follow-up, no accountability. I had my appointment with Dr. Pratt and I reached the place 15-20 mins before my appointment time. I was asked to wait and then the person said doctor CANNOT see me coz I was late. I had to be there atleast an hour before. I never got any reminder nor a voicemail informing the same. I had got a text message saying reach atleast 10-15 mins before. They said and I quote 'it is what it is'. Their body language and attitude when I asked for the doctor or complaint mechanism was: 'Do whatever you want, we don't care. We got our money'. There is no central authority for addressing grievance. We can only email the respective store. Imagine complaining the store about the store itself..what a joke. If you are a working person, please do NOT waste your hard earned money at this store or franchise. Even if its insurance, its still our money.

I handed my glasses over and said the frame was broken. Barb went into action, putting my lenses into the new frame, then adjusted to my liking. We were in and out in about 10 minutes, tops. Now THAT is what I call customer satisfaction!

Had to buy a temporary specs at Walmart and ended up having severe headache. I was so stressed. Spoke to Barb who came in almost one and half hours earlier than her shift time to meet me. Barb was so amazing, very knowledgeable, professional! Got my lenses replaced into a temporary frame immediately. I cannot work without my glasses and this temporary one would help me for the next two weeks till I get the new one. Optometrist also was very patient ruled out any eye issues. Took time to explain. Leena was also very helpful. If you want to upgrade your look, get your first specs, or maintain what you have, you NEED to go here. They will help you every step of the way :) BARB, you are the best !!! God bless you'll!!
