So again I phoned today but got disconnected once and once on hold for owner but took long so please cancel my order and refund my $219 Image attached for payment. Sorry but Jarin tried to explain she sent quote yesterday again to justify but 14 days of waiting and calling and mostly no replies and updates so please cancel and refund my credit card. Apologies it ended up like this Very poor customer service It's been a week and Called about 15 times The phone system is annoying No live rep answers until u call few times No replies to voice mail Voice mail stops working and asks for PIN They said they sent quote for approval but was NOT sent Took too long to send quote for approval Unlike other opticians, they charge 3 different prices for progressive However, Alisha was nice and helpful in assisting me to select frames And Andrew tried to get me update on my glasses. Looks like it will take few more days.... I am posting this google review and one star only as I am very much annoyed even though I even paid extra so much and will probably pay more as I need proper better transition NOT cheap standard ones. I may even cancel the order as worst service than other opticians I deal with every year who cover everything including best progressive and transition without extra charge or hassle for slow and terrible CS.
