  Exceptional One-on-One Support from Home Instead I initiated support from Home Instead 3 months ago for my friend who lives alone. I found the company to be professional, compassionate and adaptable to my friend's needs. Sue from Home Instead has been especially incredible in providing one-on-one support weekly, providing an excellent level of care. From companionship and meaningful outings to assistance with appointments and paperwork, Sue ensures my friend is safe, supported, and never left to navigate things on her own. She also keeps me updated regularly, which gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing my friend is in such capable hands, as I live in another city. I cannot say enough about the difference Sue's support has made. I must say that if you are looking for trustworthy, personalized care for a loved one, I highly recommend Home Instead Kingston - especially Sue!

  This team delivered nothing but the best of care. They were very quick to help and organize care for my parents. Sue is very kind and Lauren M is extremely personable. Couldn’t thank them enough. Home Instead Kingston is the way to go.
