I currently have some,but one wasn't working.i was told at the location I purchased them,it couldn't be fixed Yvonne took my hearing aid back to Matthew.not only did he fix it ,he put new buds in a new battery in. The customer service was outstanding.i highly recommend them .When I offered to pay,he said no worries. How's that for good business
