Customers walked in after us, talked to the person at the counter while another employee was busy with a customer. After 15-20 minutes, we walked out and went to Lensecrafters, where we had much better service and where we ordered two pairs of glasses. I will not be returning there.

First of all, I called there to see if I could get an eyetest the girl informed me that I would not have to pay for it, as my birthday was a week away from me turning 65. So I drove all the way there only to find out that I did have to pay otherwise I would have waited until I turned 65 in a week.And I could not believe of the price increases. I'm sorry but I felt that I was being deceaved and taken for granted. When I was being told of how much more it would cost, I had 3 salesman telling me the reasons why all at the same time to confuse me.
