My main issue was being able to capture the full rich quality of the aids when music streaming! I could not be happier with the results. I have learned a lot about my aids from the enthusiastic and skilled Abby, whom I only went to see after encountering Paula, in the building foyer. She spoke so highly and assured me I could come in for an appointment. An amazing team, an asset to Georgina.

But more than that i am most impressed by the experience of the admin and specialist staff and the Amplifon position in the marketplace. They are NOT a front for a hearing aid manufacturer but a hearing services company (Italian origin with 130 + locations in Canada) so they are neutral and have knowledge of and access to 7 different worldwide hearing aid manufacturers. You will be delighted at the rigorous testing and tracking of your hearing loss changes. I have known and worked with them for more than 4 years, before getting these aids. Paula welcomed me immediately with her wonderful smile and, as soon as I was introduced to Abby, I knew I was in the right place. I was treated, not only with respect but, with kindness. I received professional, knowledgeable treatment, and I know I am always welcome to return.

When we arrived, Paula (the receptionist), made us feel right at home while we waited for Abby to finish up with her customer. Upon meeting Abby we felt like we had known her all her life. She was very professional and explained all aspects of the appointment and tests while keeping the atmosphere light. We shared many laughs during this and subsequent appointments and came away with a great pair of hearing aids and new members to our family. My Mom now enjoys the ease of her hearing aids and all the sounds and conversations she was missing. Thanks to Abby, Paula and Amplifon!!
