My main issue was being able to capture the full rich quality of the aids when music streaming! I could not be happier with the results. I have learned a lot about my aids from the enthusiastic and skilled Abby, whom I only went to see after encountering Paula, in the building foyer. She spoke so highly and assured me I could come in for an appointment. An amazing team, an asset to Georgina.

But more than that i am most impressed by the experience of the admin and specialist staff and the Amplifon position in the marketplace. They are NOT a front for a hearing aid manufacturer but a hearing services company (Italian origin with 130 + locations in Canada) so they are neutral and have knowledge of and access to 7 different worldwide hearing aid manufacturers. You will be delighted at the rigorous testing and tracking of your hearing loss changes. I have known and worked with them for more than 4 years, before getting these aids.
