  After over 20 years with hearing aids, I am delighted to have had my hearing aids 'adjusted'; when I say adjusted - they are more like new! My main issue was being able to capture the full rich quality of the aids when music streaming! I could not be happier with the results. I have learned a lot about my aids from the enthusiastic and skilled Abby, whom I only went to see after encountering Paula, in the building foyer. She spoke so highly and assured me I could come in for an appointment. An amazing team, an asset to Georgina.

  I just got Oticon aids (Danish company with brain research long suit) that I am impressed with. But more than that i am most impressed by the experience of the admin and specialist staff and the Amplifon position in the marketplace. They are NOT a front for a hearing aid manufacturer but a hearing services company (Italian origin with 130 + locations in Canada) so they are neutral and have knowledge of and access to 7 different worldwide hearing aid manufacturers. You will be delighted at the rigorous testing and tracking of your hearing loss changes. I have known and worked with them for more than 4 years, before getting these aids. Peter Stevens - in my 9th decade!

  The receptionist, Paula, is so helpful and kind! Abby is new to me and is fantastic! She fixed my hearing aids so I can hear again. So knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
