I was so impressed with her and the staff who helped me find my new glasses. I would 100% recommend seeing Dr. Khan for all you eye health and prescription needs as she is amazing!

He allowed me my space to choose my frames but politely provided service when necessary. He was also very attentive to what was happening around him, and I do believe they were training a new employee and he did it flawlessly even when it got busy he was able to mind me and work with the optometrist and train at the same time without missing A Step. As a previous district manager, I saw it for what it was right away a well run business and I highly recommend this place to get your glasses absolutely

The whole experience was smooth and stress free from start to finish. The process was very easy, everything was done quickly, and the staff made sure I understood each step. Dr Amina Khan did a great job during my tests. She explained everything in a very clear and simple way, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the results. She took her time to go through the details and answered all my questions patiently. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place for eye check ups and even for purchasing specs. Great service and professional care.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
