  I went in to ask about a glasses repair and was not greeted upon arrival. I had to wait while three employees at the front desk finished their conversation, and one eventually just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I explained my situation, I was cut off and told they couldn’t help—without any recommendations or alternatives, despite the glasses being purchased there. For the price you pay, the level of customer service is disappointing. In contrast, just around the corner at SpecSavers, I was greeted with a smile and received much better service.

  My experience at LensCrafters was great. The sales associate Raseel was very friendly and helpful with style and colour recommendations while I tried on glasses. I’m indecisive and needed to check out other places before coming back to purchase, there was no pressure, just a reminder of the sales they had going on if I were to come back. The optician was also very kind and efficient fitting me for my glasses. Would shop there again!

  I always get my eyewear from this location. The staff are all very helpful and professional. I worked with Lauren today and she was great at suggesting frame and lens choices that suited my style and needs. Lauren also made sure that I got all of the discounts that I was eligible for, which made my glasses very affordable. If you’re looking for quality glasses and excellent service, I highly recommend this location!

  I’d been recommended to this store by a friend when it was time to update my glasses, and I couldn’t be happier that I took the advice. The staff was amazing! I’m the kind of person that has trouble choosing anything that I’ll be wearing - but Christopher and the ladies that were on staff the day I went in were patient with me, and full of great advice. They helped me choose frames that I honestly get complimented on at least once a day now (even though I was unsure!). They all offered honest opinions and advice, and definitely steered me in the right direction. None of them made me feel rushed, and gave me all the time I needed to feel good about my purchase, answered all of my questions and explained in detail all of my options without being pushy or making me feel pressured. I had to return a couple of months in after dropping my glasses and scratching them, and once again Christopher was on hand to help me - with no issue whatsoever getting things fixed up by ordering a new lens. Anytime I’ve needed an adjustment, I just pop in and they are always more than happy to help. If you are going to visit, please keep in mind that it’s often a very busy store, so you do need to have some patience as they can only help so many people at once, but the staff always does their very best to get to you as quickly as they can, and always try to acknowledge you as soon as they’re able, even if it’s to apologize that you’ll have to wait a few minutes. Thanks LensCrafters - I will definitely be back for those sunglasses we talked about!
