  Carolyn and her team have been excellent and so supportive in the care of my Mother these last several months. Carolyn has always been there to assist whenever I reached out and so patient when we had to adjust schedules, appointments and the level of care my Mom needed and wanted. I can not say enough how much our family appreciated Home Instead Hamilton. Her team always went above and beyond to make my Mom's life and our lives so much better and truly cared about our well being and how best to handle situations. Thank you so much to Carolyn and her team for everything - we will never forgot your care!!

  Thank you to Carolyn and the great caregivers, Helena, Selma, Rashee and NK, for looking after our mom during a difficult time. We appreciate the quick response and flexibility in setting up a schedule that accommodated our needs. Thank you to the girls for their compassion and patience with my mom.

  We can't say enough about our Home Instead Care team. We have had to ramp up care very quickly for our elderly parents, juggling schedules and needs, and Carolyn has been incredibly accommodating throughout. We now have a wonderful team in place with Lucy and Aisha. Both have shown remarkable patience and care with our parents who, despite needing outside support, can be resistant at times. Lucy has been especially quick to pick up on the rhythm of the household and put our mother's mind at ease. We couldn’t be more thankful for their compassion and support during this difficult time.

  Claudette P has been working with our mother as a PSW for the past 6 months. She has displayed nothing but care and concern for Mom infusing humour and light heartedness at the appropriate times. At times, Mom can be somewhat difficult and unco-operative however Claudette manages to put her in a better mood. She makes Mom feel very special and diligently attends to her needs. We have been very pleased with our experience with Home Instead and would highly recommend their care givers for your loved ones.
