Worst branch and branch manager, I have ever seen , one who change his behaviour and expression as per costumer, give rude looks, make ugly faces and even staff laugh with them on customer. Everytime I go I regret specifically by the treatment of Manager he even don’t look at ur face, forget smile. All behave as if they are only busy in the world , there is always a way of saying or making customers feel good that they are even happy to wait for hour too, but they make u feel insulted in just 2 mins, than when u talk they don’t listen what ur trying to say , waste of money !!!

I had picked out frames a few months ago and decided to wait until my benefits refreshed. I went to a different location and they were able to pull the notes and my prescription within minutes. It was very quick and friendly!

Went in with a broken pair of glasses and my warranty had expired. Ananov took upon his own time and hands to fix not one but two pairs of glasses that I brought in. Both were repaired in under 5 minutes. Thank you!

I was disappointed with the service at this location. In the past, I’ve had excellent experiences at other locations, but this visit was very different. The staff was not helpful, did not make me feel welcomed, and took a long time to assist me even after I had selected my glasses. This makes me wonder whether this issue is specific to this location or reflects a change in overall service standards.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
