- GBGrant Bryck6 days ago5.0Staff were extremely accommodating when another client had inadvertently cancelled their appointment the same as mine. They gave them a couple of options and when they took them in right after my visit, Dr. Surani immediately addressed the issue with the next scheduled appointment and apologized. That's all anyone can ask if there is a small delay. Just tell me rather than have me wait and just stew over why my appointment is behind.
