I said alright I will pop in tomorrow 2025-11-15 the owner agreed "yes come in and we can talk" the owner was not in to discuss the matters. I had talked to a worker who can only do so much.they offered a 50$ universal discount on all there frames however the frames I brought in were a expensive pair being raybans valued at 400 dollars so I thought it very unfair to me. they informed me that the owner will be in 2025-11-20th I am hoping the owner can provide me a better resolution to this issue. this review is subject to change depending on what happens.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
