The lady who did her pre-testing mentioned she was new, but she was very polite and helpful. She made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and her positive attitude really stood out. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience genuinely made me want to share. I would definitely recommend this Specsavers location to anyone looking for an eye exam or glasses, they’re amazing!

The staff were rude throughout, with the highlight being, 1. when the “doctor” finished his rather poor exam, and asked me where I got my previous contact lens prescription, he proceeded to argue with me about whether there was an ophthalmologist at my school, where I had gotten it, and refused to accept my answer. Then the woman at the front attempted to charge me the same exact price for a single pair as for 2, even though I had been told by multiple specsavers employees that a single pair does cost less, including a man at that same location.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
