Was asking others how to use the system…It was made clear all pairs were the exact same lenses they maxed out my benefits despite the so called sale charging approximately 500. I could not see a single thing and store manager immediately blames the customer who stressed both the exact same lenses- i need them for all uses all of the time after all. No resolution because they were too busy blaming the customer instead of taking accountability. My biggest fear was getting a prescription i couldn’t see out of and they made my fear reality with no resolution. Worst experience.
