  I contacted Hometown hearing on Friday morning looking to get an emergency visit for my ears as a result of my family doctor requesting I get tested asap … I called several different hearing centres with no luck… I reached out to Hometown hearing in Minden and the staff made an emergency appointment right away. When I arrived the staff were so caring and polite and treated me with so much concern and caring that it was hard to believe. I was examined right away and received a play by play description of what was happening…. The staff was so accommodating and made a potentially upsetting visit to one that eased my concerns! Thank you to Gordon Kidd, his lovely wife, to Paul and the other staff!! Minden and all of Haliburton have an excellent hearing centre to serve the community.. You are all very lucky!
