  I can’t speak highly enough of Home Instead and their staff. The entire experience from the time we had our first consultation, to the process of finding the most compatible caregiver right up to the time we had to cancel the services. The staff was friendly and efficient and were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all our questions and concerns leaving my mom feeling confident in the care she would receive. For anyone considering home care I would look no further than Home Instead. Thank you Home Instead for your services and companionship!!

  Each Year, Home Instead supports so many underserved seniors with their "Be a Santa to a Senior" initiative. It is our pleasure to partner with them to collect the items prior to being distributed to Seniors in need. Home Instead gives back to the community, and supports the seniors in Guelph and area through top notch, quality care.

  After my wife sustained a triple fracture of a shoulder when she fell she returned home following 8 days in the hospital. I was in urgent need of assistance with her care and Home Instead met that need in a timely and efficient manner. With their help, a very difficult situation became manageable throughout the critical early weeks of her recovery.

  The PSW’s from Home Instead patient, kind and accommodating while they were in our home. It was a pleasure to have them and they took exceptional care of my husband. The administration staff were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this company!

  I cannot say enough about Home Instead. Our father has stage 5 cancer and during treatment fell at home. Unfortunately he was no longer able to stay at his residence. After a day of search we came across Home Instead. We met the next day, they listened to our situation and immediately arranged for a consultation with my brother and I and our dad. They professional and respectfully assessed our needs and prepared a 24 hour care plan with in hours! While our father can be a little abrupt at 86 years of age, the staff showed an exceptional level of professionalism and care. We would like to deeply thank Larissa, Karen, Daryl and the rest of the Home Instead Staff for their help in our time of need.
