The instructors are absolutely amazing — so knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress. It’s the perfect spot for some much-needed “me time”. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more centered, and recharged. During my pregnancy, the team was so accommodating and supportive, always offering safe modifications and checking in to make sure I felt comfortable. The breathing techniques I learned in class even helped me during labour — something I’m so grateful for! Now that I’m back postpartum, they’ve continued to tailor my workouts as I ease back into things. It feels so good to return to a community that’s not only motivating but also so caring and understanding. I’m beyond happy to be back at Club Pilates Guelph South!
