Beautiful group of people working at the studio I'm new and signed onto the three month unlimited deal and so far so good. I like that you have all the torture equipment (j/k! It's not torture it's toning!) But seriously, it's all very polished and put together. The team had emphasize that they support the community and as an entrepreneur, I'm excited to have a family of like-minded individuals cheering me on through the struggles. I also love that it's female owned like mine. I just see a lot of similarities and synchronicity that I'm excited to enjoy can already see that they have a lot to offer that I can learn from.

Save your money - overpriced for what you get. Class availability is terrible, and the instructor quality varies a lot. Additionally, they make it very difficult to cancel your membership. I wanted to cancel for the reasons above, but was forced to pay for 2 extra months ($260). Firstly, you are required to give 30 days notice (aka pay for another month of membership after you’ve decided you want to cancel) and additionally you have fill out a form. I requested to cancel my membership on October 31 (in person) and was not aware of this form. When I was charged for December I called them, expecting there had been a mix up and that they would refund me, however they refused to do so even after I explained that I thought I had already cancelled and I would not be using the credits. I have no respect for businesses that operate this way- this place just wants your money.

Went for a “free trial" was not impressed to hear the only price options for the mandatory grip socks were 24-27$ to me this defeats experiencing a "free" trial. I did not know yet if I wanted to join the pilates group so this was not worth buying for me and I didn’t attend my class.
I suggest to be more transparent on all your pricing including what you will charge for socks if the person does not already have them.
I will be going elsewhere to seek out my membership.

My experience was a free introductory workout with s small group of women. I had recently been I
Ill and most housebound for two months a virtually inactive. I was not ready for the pilates experience. I believe i am not the makeup required nor the age in begin.
However, it is a scientifically devised process that will most certainly give you a pathway to extreme strength and physical fitness.
