They gave me the run around about paperwork and lost all interest in helping with my purchase - dismissive more like it. Even over email, I felt like my purchase didn't matter. I'm a client of Specsavers however, this experience turned me off from this particular location and I won't be returning. I went into another location where the service was top notch.
