I've been going for three months now and my experience has been great! I'm feeling more confident, stronger and flexible with each class. I had no idea what I was doing at the beginning but all of the instructors I've met so far have been very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend

My intro class was with Karen, the owner, she was so sweet and gentle with me and guided me through what my workout would be. It was great! I felt great afterwards and signed up in the spot! Shout out to Brooklyn for how she took care of me while I was there and how sweet she is! Thanks so much! ❤️

I also appreciate being checked in on through text to ensure I am loving the classes or if I need any help in any way! Thank you all for your encourage and love so far🥰
