  The most recent time I went here, I got really great assistance from Marco. I’ve been coming here for over a year , bought my glasses here, get them adjusted, tightened every few months, and it’s always been a great, friendly , caring experience. The 2nd time I went, they even gave me a new, updated glasses case. Really great staff, great location and always a joy to deal with whenever I need help with my glasses (which are the best I’ve ever owned)

  Had a set of progressive glasses made. They didn't seem right. I had hip surgery so I couldn't go back for a couple months. Months later, When I went back, Saad, took a look at them and helped me out, he suggested that for my purpose , of reading and working computer, a different configuration would work, other than full progressives. A week later the glasses were ready, and my close up and reading vision was almost perfect. I am extremely happy with my experience.

  Overall great experience! Lovely doctor, great deals and nice selection of frames, friendly and welcoming team, except Saad with who I had “luck” dealing with. Initually I was supposed to finalise my glasses order with another wonderful lady, she helped me with selecting frames, was friendly and attentive. I just had to wait until she finishes with a previous customer, which I had no problem with. But Saad basically inserted himself with his service, even though she asked him to serve another client who was also waiting. Throughout that first interaction with him, he showed indifference and didn’t want to elaborate much on available options of lenses, was almost throwing frames towards me, provided inaccurate quote initially, the service felt rushed and dismissive. I wish I asked to continue with that friendly lady… Today I picked up my glasses. During the try out he was chewing gum with his mouth open, while interacting with us. The entire experience felt same as day one - dismissive, uninterested, bored. Other than that, a fantastic place, highly recommend!
