When I arrived, the staff member at the cashier said he would check and let me know, so I waited patiently for about 10 minutes. When I asked for an update, he raised his voice and spoke to me in a unprofessional tone, saying “wait, I’m with another customer,” even though he never mentioned that earlier. To make things worse, I later found out that my lenses weren’t even ready despite the pickup email. Now I’ll have to go back again because of their mistake. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better service from LensCrafters

The staff was welcoming and the entire process was smooth. Shout out to David who assisted us last Friday and Tim when we came back the next day. They were both very helpful and answered all my questions with patience. They both provided an excellent customer service.
