He was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure my glasses fit perfectly, but he also took the time to let me know about a 20% CAA membership discount I wasn’t even aware of and helped with a price adjustment, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, he kindly cleaned my glasses and explained the care so well that I ended up purchasing a glasses cleaner spray too. His customer service was outstanding thoughtful, knowledgeable, and never rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about making sure you leave happy.
