I placed an order for frames and waited two weeks, only to get a call saying they were "suddenly" out of stock. When I pointed out how odd it was to realize this after fourteen days, I didn't get an apology or an explanation. Instead, the person simply said, "Thanks for understanding," and ended the conversation. This level of arrogance before the product is even delivered says everything you need to know about their attitude toward customers.

Amazing customer service here. I’m so pleased with my experience. The girl with the dark mid length hair (didnt get her name) was extremely kind and helpful, and the optometrist was also very nice!

Hailey was absolutely amazing! She spent about an hour and a half helping me and my two friends pick out two pairs of glasses each, and she was patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable the entire time. She made sure we understood all of our options, helped us find the best deals, and took the time to properly apply our insurance so we got the most value possible. We never felt rushed and genuinely felt taken care of. Such a great experience — thank you, Hailey!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
