I am happy to report that every person I have dealt with on the admin side has been very friendly and helpful, and even more importantly, the PSW assigned to my mother has been nothing short of exceptional. She is very kind and patient with my mom, and has been an amazing support for the whole family. We could not be happier.

Alaina speaks perfect English which is extremely important for my wife as she is almost totally blind. Hence the only contact wit her is orally. Alaina is bubbly and full of life, and tries very hard to convey these attributes to my aging wife, who needs the stimulus. We hope Alaina keeps coming to us.
