  I brought my father to Amplifon after noticing he was having more trouble hearing us during conversations. From the moment we walked in, Kaitlyn and Amanda made him feel completely comfortable and cared for. Kaitlyn took her time to really understand his situation and gently explained every step of the hearing test. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable she spotted issues that no one else had pointed out before. Amanda was equally wonderful, helping us with scheduling, paperwork, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such caring people in any clinic. Highly recommend them to anyone who has a loved one struggling with hearing issues.

  Thanks to Amanda for setting up my appointment and reassuring me (even though I shouldn't need it, I still did and she was awesome). I met with Audiologist, Danielle, who was kind and so professional. Again the calm reassurance allowed me to relax. She answered all the questions I had, explained things thoroughly, and then gave information I didn't even know was available. A wonderful experience with very knowledgeable staff that could answer ALLLLLL my questions. Thanks, amplifon Dorchester!

  They send spam mail when you have never heard of them and do not need their services. Makes it seem like you have a hearing appointment already booked.

  A few weeks ago I purchased hearing aids from Amplifon Dorchester. I had a wonderful experience there! For the last 5 years I have noticed a decline in my hearing. I went to a place in London back in 2016 and was told that I needed hearing aids but I didn’t proceed because that office wasn’t very nice or welcoming so I never went back. Earlier this year I went to a hearing information clinic sponsored by the Lions Seniors Centre in Dorchester. I attended and met Justin who was representing Amplifon. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with him so I set up an appointment, got tested and purchased my hearing aids there. Diane at the office was very kind and helpful with all of the paperwork. Their office was clean and bright. Justin was professional and thorough. The hearing aids were there in a week and a week after getting them I had a follow up visit. He taught me how to clean them etc. My new hearing aids are so comfortable, I hardly know I have them in my ears other than the fact that I can hear much better now. Never had to wait because my appointments were right on time. It is such a gift to have good hearing again. If I had met Justin and Diane 5 years ago, I would have had the benefit of these excellent hearing aids all along. Highly recommended!
