Her sincere apology for the delay, combined with the generous offer of complimentary contact lenses, left me genuinely delighted. I’m extremely happy with both pairs of glasses and would recommend Specsavers to anyone.

As they have been nothing but helpful I highly recommend Brandon when your there hes wonderful as his staff. ill keep you posted on how the exstange goes as they have a great return policy. UPDATE: I went back for the exstange of the glasses the whole team helped me and omg both frams they picked are fantastic the glasses don't feel like anything on and the sunglasses are funky to the max! I am 1000% a stand with this location they are trully the best 😀 plus no additional cost to me is a bonus!

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
