Having used a different optical provider in the past, I can honestly say the service here is on another level. I came in for a replacement pair and was blown away by how helpful the team was. They took the time to ensure that I got the best value under my warranty from the previous provider. Also the customer service felt so personal. I couldn't be happier with my new glasses and will be coming here from now on. I highly recommend this provider. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I’ve come back to this location multiple times, and I’m from Whitby! I consistently receive great service every time. Vasha is usually the one who helps me, and she is amazing—so helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I had to pay $99 for not picking one of their boring frames. They made sure they added all the extras I probably don’t need, just to empty my insurance coverage am not an optician but it felt like they needed to make sales. Unfortunately I didn’t know the right questions to ask, I went inbetween work and just needed to head back to work and said yes to all the unecessary additions to my lens. Totally regret going here.

Friendly and welcoming staff, a great selection of grams to choose from. Reasonable prices on all types of frames. Thanks Specsavers for helping me see the way I'm supposed too again.
