  Today I did my hearing test and purchased my hearing aids, the staff were very pleasant to deal with and answered any questions that I had.

  I went with my mom today for her hearing appointment and the hearing aid specialist Julian saw us. He was very friendly, kind, courteous, attentive and helpful and listened to my mom and understood her needs and concerns about her hearing aids and he made the changes and adjustments accordingly which made her very happy and satisfied. I just wanted to take the time to appreciate this positive experience and visit and great customer service! 🙂👍🏽. The front staff is also very nice including Cheryl and the other staff who has attended her before including Garthika. However, I wanted to especially mention that Julian was exceptionally good and professional.
