  I’m giving Connect Hearing a one star because I have too, I wish I could give it zero! Since Connect Hearing took over Hogan’s it’s been an awful place. I used to be able to walk in and get great service for my hearing aids and not get hassled for walking in off the street and now I do. The ladies that used to work at Hogan’s we’re very approached, very friendly and willing to help and I don’t get the same feeling at all. I’ve heard management be rude to the new staff a few times and as a customer that is something no one wants to hear. I have chosen to go to another local clinic in town that provides better service. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere I promise you, you won’t regret it!
